T-Top Fitting Instructions

A. We need the overall width of your console where it joins the deck. This also includes any lip or flange that might be part of your console. But, if not, then we need the widest portion of you console, including rails, if any.
B. This is the location of the front brace that is attached to your console. This brace needs to be located as high up the console as possible. When welded between front legs it is pulled back flush to console at your given height. This brace is 5/16" in OD size. Be careful that your measurements allow enough space between obstructions such as cushions, rod holders, doors, etc. for correct installation.
C. This location of side braces, one on each side of console. This brace is welded between legs at your given height. This will allow an adjustable tee with a 4" pad to be mounted to a flat surface along side of your console. This brace should be at such a height so that it does not interfere with a door, rail, fire extinguisher, etc.
D. This is an optional brace that is not required for installation. This is simply what we call a grab bar. It may or may not be functional for you. This brace is usually installed at a height of 50". Please specify your personal height if you so desire to use it.
E & F On all of our t-tops, the legs taper slightly inwards as they go up. To ensure a positive fit to your console, we need to know the width F at a height E of the tallest portion of your console. This may either be a windshield or a rail around your windshield. (as shown).
Detail A-A In t-top installation, the position of the windshield to the front of the console is critical. We need to know if you have a overhang windshield (as shown), or a flush windshield (as shown). This will help us determine the type of additional bracing needed for your top.
